We cover the full spectrum of modern injection molding processes – from prototype development to the processing of demanding high-performance plastics. We have particular expertise in 2-component technology as well as insert/outsert technology, and we also develop and manufacture high-end molds for reel-to-reel processing. Even for these advanced technologies, all components are produced entirely in-house. Each of our injection molds is optimized with regard to the process and the material used in order to minimize issues such as sink marks from the outset.
